Daily maintenance
1.After daily use, rinse the machine with water and dry it thoroughly.

3.Regularly add oil to the operating and sliding parts, but be careful not to let water seep into the suction port of the air filter.
Regular maintenance and repair
1.Replace engine lubricating oil: Replace it 20 hours after the first use and every 100 hours thereafter.
2.Transmission oil replacement during driving: Replace after 50 hours of first use, and then replace every 200 hours thereafter.
3.Fuel filter cleaning: Clean every 500 hours and replace after 1000 hours.
4.Check the clearance and flexibility of the steering handle, main clutch control handle, and auxiliary transmission control handle.
5.Check the tire pressure and maintain a pressure of 1.2kg/cm ².
6.Tighten the bolts of each connecting frame.
7.Clean the air filter and add an appropriate amount of bearing oil.
Warehousing and storage maintenance
1.The engine runs at low speed for about 5 minutes before stopping.
2.Replace the lubricating oil while the engine is hot.
3.Remove the rubber stopper from the cylinder head, inject a small amount of oil, place the pressure reducing lever in an uncompressed position, and pull the recoil starter lever 2-3 times (but do not start the engine).
4.Place the pressure relief handle in the compression position, slowly pull out the recoil start handle, and stop in the compression position.
5.To prevent contamination from external soil and other dirt, the machine should be stored in a dry place.
6.Each work tool should undergo rust prevention treatment and be stored together with the main machine to avoid loss.
Precautions for safe operation
1.It is strictly prohibited to work under fatigue, alcohol and at night, and do not lend the micro tiller to personnel who are not familiar with safe operating methods.
2.Operators need to read the operation manual thoroughly and strictly follow the safe operation methods.
Pay attention to the safety warning signs on the equipment and carefully read the contents of the signs.
3.Operators should wear clothing that meets the requirements of labor protection to avoid being entangled by moving parts and causing personal and property safety accidents.
4.Before each assignment, it is necessary to check whether the lubricating oil for components such as the engine and transmission is sufficient; Are the bolts of each component loose or detached; Are the operating components such as the engine, gearbox, clutch, and braking system sensitive and effective; Is the gear lever in neutral position; Is there a good protective cover for the exposed rotating parts.
