Daily Maintenance Of Generators

1.Clean to maintain good heat dissipation;

2. Prevent various liquids, metal parts, etc. from entering the interior of the motor;

3. During the idle period of the oil engine starting, monitor the sound of the motor rotor running, and there should be no noise;

4. At rated speed, there should be no severe vibration;

5. Monitor various electrical parameters and heating conditions of the generator;

6. Check for sparks at the ends of the brushes and windings;

7. Do not suddenly add or reduce large loads, and overload or asymmetric operation is strictly prohibited

8. Maintain ventilation and cooling to prevent moisture.
